This house recently got a makeover. I forget the exact color it was before, but I definitely noticed this fresh coat of paint the other day. It  was somewhat overcast ("overcast" takes on a new meaning in California - I realize in looking at this photo that there actually was sun that day), so the color seemed especially bright and cheery and a nice complement to the sea and the sky.
